I recently spent New Year's in an affordable hotel that was strategically located in a lively and upscale neighbourhood. The apartment was big enough for my needs with a fully-equipped kitchen and good appliances. they offered a superb breakfast with a variety of options to suit all taste buds.

Maintenance was not great. The water heater stopped working and the Wifi was barely usable.

This place is situated right next to a popular mall where you can easily pick up water and snacks from the supermarket. It's also just a 30-minute taxi ride away from the city center on Sundays, where you can find the cinema. Additionally, it's close to the Unicentro Plaza, offering more nearby attractions.

We loved the hotel facilities and friendly staff. Cleanliness was impeccable and location was perfect, with a shopping mall nearby and close to Unicentro Plaza. Transportation was convenient, too.

The lack of a kettle in the room. in March it was a bit chilly and there was no heater available.

The apartment I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, even though the furniture was a bit old. The receptionist who spoke English was very helpful and assisted us with printing boarding passes. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff.
